Pink Macaron Batter

  • 85 grams almond flour
  • 85 grams icing sugar/confectioner's sugar

  • 58 grams granulated sugar
  • 1/4 grams cream of tartar
  • 1 drop pink gel colour (Deep Pink by Americolor)

Brown Macaron Batter
